Luke graduated from the University of Bolton in 2016 with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation. Since then, he has worked in multiple professional and semi-professional sports teams providing hands-on therapy alongside prescribing exercise to ensure they are fit and confident enough to return to their high-performance levels.
Recently, he has been working in an occupational health setting with a mixture of manual and office-based workers who suffer from long-standing conditions. His role involves exercise prescription, designing plans for returning to work and, more importantly, educating people to manage their long term symptoms in the future on their own.
Luke's expertise lies in his exercise rehabilitation programmes, with many of our patients and gym members achieving fantastic results with their exercise plans. Luke also has extensive experience educating people to improve their understanding and ability to manage their condition, particularly chronic pain.
Luke's Specialist Areas are:
- 2:1 Personal Training sessions (training with a friend)
- Chronic Pain Management
- Football and Running Injuries
- Crossfit Style Training (WODs)
