  • Helped the 1st and 2nd XV stay unbeaten for 10 games at the start of the 17/18 season
  • 1st XV finished in the top 4 of National Three North.
  • 2nd XV Halbro Championship League Winners 17/18
  • Manage and implement prehab strategies across the club
  • Organise logistics of treatment slots to minimise impact on team training sessions
  • Provide educational talks to mini and junior sections on injuries and first aid

Northwich RUFC (2013-2017) – Over 4 years, YST helped Northwich RUFC:

  • Go on a winning streak of 28 games
  • League Winners of South Lancs/Cheshire 1 (15/16 season)
  • Top 3 finish the following season in North West One (16/17 season)
  • Winners of the Cheshire Vase (16/17 season)
  • Significantly reduce muscle injuries through our fitness sessions
  • Reduce the return to play time for injured players

Witton Albion FC (2010-2013) – During a 3 year spell, YST helped Witton Albion:

  • Aid the manager with squad selection using pre-season screening
  • The respective squad went on to win the play-off final (12/13 season)
  • Reached the play-off semi-final the following season in the Evo-Stik North Premier
  • Reach the 4th Qualifying Round of the FA Cup (11/12 season)
